What I receive

When you write via the contact form, I receive your name, your email, the event you choose and your message. When you pay, I receive your name and the details MobilePay or your bank shows, such as your phone number or account number. If you sign up for the seasonal letter, I only receive your email.

What I use it for

To reply to you, handle your sign-up and payment, and send you practical information about the event. Your email for the seasonal letter is only used to send the letter. I never sell your information. It is only shared with the providers listed below, and only to deliver what you have asked for.

Legal basis

Event sign-ups are processed to fulfil our agreement. The seasonal letter is sent based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Storage

I use these providers to handle your information:

Sign-up information is deleted no later than 12 months after the event. Payment records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as Danish bookkeeping law requires. Your email for the seasonal letter is kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad tracking. Fonts are served from the site itself, not from Google. In the seasonal letter, Mailchimp records whether the letter is opened and whether links are clicked, so I can see what is useful to readers.

Artificial intelligence

I use AI tools to write texts and develop the website. Your personal information is not shared with AI tools, and no automated decisions are made about you.

Your rights

You can always ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from the seasonal letter. Write to me at maria@mindnordic.dk or via the contact form. If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
