Mind Nordic is run by Maria Bach Nielsen. Here you can read what information I receive and what I use it for.

What I receive

When you write via the contact form, I receive your name, your email, your phone number (if you add it), the event you choose and your message. If you sign up for the seasonal letter, I only receive your email.

What I use it for

To reply to you, handle your sign-up and payment, and send you practical information about the event. Your email for the seasonal letter is only used to send the letter. I never sell or share your information with anyone.

Legal basis

Event sign-ups are processed to fulfil our agreement. The seasonal letter is sent based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Storage

Form submissions are received through the hosting provider Netlify, which stores them securely under EU rules on data transfers. Sign-up information is deleted no later than 12 months after the event, unless bookkeeping rules require payments to be kept longer. Your email for the seasonal letter is kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad tracking. Fonts are served from the site itself, not from Google.

Your rights

You can always ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from the seasonal letter. Write to me at maria@mindnordic.dk or via the contact form. If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
